This blog is maintained by Perit Mark John Scicluna, an architect and civil engineer who graduated in 1999. He sat for an MSc. in Road Engineering in 2001 and graduated in 2004.

Perit Mark John Scicluna worked as a road engineer at the Roads Department , which later became the Malta Transport Authority, from September 1999 to June 2004. In June 2004, he started working at one of F. Schembri Holdings’s companies – Schembri Infrastructures Ltd.
